GLOBALAIRCRAFT.ORG MEMBER AGREEMENT
By joining/using the GlobalAircraft.org Web site, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS THEREOF.
Please read the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access, view, obtain services from, or otherwise use the Global Aircraft Web site.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
Global Aircraft ("GAC") reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions of use, in whole or in part, at any time.
Changes in these terms and conditions of use will be effective when posted. You agree to review these terms and conditions of use periodically to be aware of any
changes. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these terms and conditions of use are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
- GAC Contests
Discrepancies for the GAC Contests can be settled by contacting the GAC Webmaster. If you feel you have given a correct answer and was
not awarded points, or if there has been an error in which points, cards, posters or the like were lost you may contact the webmaster. However, all contest
benefits are given "as is" and come without warranty of any kind. The GAC Webmaster and other GAC Staff will decide if an answer was correct, without dispute.
- Member Account Termination
Any member account not accessed within one (1) year of activation is subject to termination. GAC reserves the right to delete your account and all information within
your account if the account is not accessed. Likewise, any account that remains idle for one (1) year will receive a notice of termination. If you do not log into your account within
30 days after we send this notice, your account will be suspended for 15 days, and deleted 15 days after suspension.
- Member Conduct
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or
other content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the
person from which such content originated. This means that you, and not GAC, are entirely responsible for all content
uploaded or posted to the service.
ALL GAC MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO POST ONLY IMAGES AND LINKS ON THEIR HOMEPAGE THAT ARE SUITABLE FOR AGES 8 AND OLDER. Sections
"Favorite Photos", "Favorite Websites", "Further Information" and "GAC MyFiles" of your personal homepage must abide by these rules, as they are shown publicly on your profile (if you allow your profile to be shown
publicly). If any photos, links, or other means of input data are considered unacceptable to children, we reserve the right to, without limitation,
permanently make your profile private or revoke your membership.
- Member Password, Account, and Security
Upon completing the GAC Member registration, you will receive a password and account. You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
You agree to ensure that you sign out of your account at the end of each session.
Global Aircraft cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.
IN ORDER TO BECOME A GAC MEMBER, YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE
(COPPA).
- Members Terms and Conditions
Global Aircraft also reserves the right to refuse to continue membership to any member in the Global Aircraft organization
that contains hate groups, illegal activities, is offensive or for any other reason.
GlobalAircraft.org is not responsible for any lost files stored on our server, nor are
responsible for the privacy of the files you upload. By using MyFiles, you agree that any
file you upload is acceptable for ages eight and over, and you use GAC MyFiles at your own risk.
MEMBERS AGREE TO USE GLOBAL AIRCRAFT AT THEIR OWN RISK.
- GAC Top 100 Websits Listing
All members who sign up to have their site ranked on the GAC Top 100 Websites list must follow these guidelines:

- It is recommended that you display one of the GAC Top 100 logos on your front page, presented in a place that most visitors would come across it and not hidden.
- You may add the logo to as many pages under the same domain as you like.
- Our system will prevent cheating, so only unique clicks each day will be logged.
- Rankings are based on average hits in each day; loading hits (user doesn't click but only visits your page) will count as 1/10 of a normal hit.
- Your website must not be offensive in any way, or promote adult content.
- Only one listing is allowed per person; do not create multiple accounts to list multiple sites.
- If you submit your site for this, more information will be e-mailed to you after signup (HTML coding to add to your pages, etc.)
